6.14) Close vehicle tailgate and pull THE rear
tub corner sealing bracket
(668PD159R) against the tailgate door
stop assembly until the sealing foam is
compressed to three quarters of the
expanded thickness.
Make sure the inside edge of the foam
seal is touching the inside vertical wall
of the tub wall.
6.15) When bracket is in place tighten both
screws.
M6 nyloc to 9 Nm.
M8 screw assembly to 20 Nm.
Do both sides.
6.16) If a Wildtrack bed liner is installed on
the tub, locate the tailgate rubber bulb
seal (where it was cut in fitting
instructions 37801115) and slide it up
on lower tabs of the rear corner sealing
brackets (668PD159R/L) to meet up to
the foam sealing pads on the
brackets.
