6.36) Position the canopy so the lower rear
door glass edge’s sash seal is sealing
well and evenly along it’s length to the
tailgate door stop extrusion assembly
mounted on the tailgate. Measure with a
ruler vertically between the door glass
lower edge to the top of the tailgate
tub stop bracket. (This distance must
not be less than 6mm and should be
even). 9mm is nominal condition.
6.37) Water test the canopy around all
windows and joins to the tub with high
pressure hose and seal or report any
leaks found.
6.38) Ensure Section 7 of these instructions
including the second last page of this
instruction are discussed with the
customer and are given to the
customer.
