SECTION 1: REMOVAL OF SPORTS BARS, BED RAIL PLASTIC CAPS, CABIN GUARDS
AND ROLL TOP TONNEAU COVERS
1.1) Remove any sports bars fitted. Remove plastic side mounted tub rail bed caps on the vehicle tub for XLT or
XL ( !! Important !!- squeeze the plastic clips under the lip of the tub with long nose pliers before
unclipping them to avoid distorting the sheet metal). If fitting a canopy to a Wildtrack level vehicle with
roll top tonneau cover, first undertake fitting instruction part number: 37801115 For Wildtrack 2022 Tub
Preparation for Canopy.
1.2) The sports bar or roll top tonneau cover will need to be removed if fitted and returned to the customer if
requested to do so.
1.3) Cargo Management System (CMS) side rail track accessory hardware does not need to be removed, refer to
steps in this fitting instruction as partial hardware removal is required.
1.4) Bed liners do not require removal based on OEM supplied products.
SECTION 2: FITTING THE TAILGATE DOOR SEALING STOP ASSEMBLY
2.0) Place tailgate in down position.
2.1) Take rear tub rail sealing block
(668PE057R) and spray with
soapy water.
2.2) Spray the rear corner hole in
the top tub rail at the back of
the vehicle with soapy water.
