Why is my Argo GREENSTYLE PLUS 9000 UI Air Conditioner blowing air but not cooling/heating properly?
    • R
      Raven JonesAug 16, 2025
If the wind blows out of your Argo Air Conditioner, but the cooling or heating effect isn't good, it could be due to a few reasons. The filter might have excessive dust accumulation, there might be blockage at the air inlet and outlet, or the angle of the louver blades might be too small. Clean the filter, remove any obstacles at the air inlet and outlet, and adjust the angle of the louver blades. Poor cooling and heating can also be caused by open doors and windows, or an unclosed exhaust fan. Ensure that doors, windows, and the exhaust fan are closed. Finally, the mode setting might be incorrect, or the temperature and wind speed settings might not be appropriate. Re-select the mode and set the appropriate temperature and wind speed.

    • J
      Jeff JensenAug 22, 2025
If your Argo Air Conditioner doesn't work, it could be due to several reasons. There might be power outages, so wait until power is restored. Check if the power plug is loosely plugged into the socket and ensure it's plugged in tightly. Also, the power switch fuse may have blown, in which case you should replace the fuse. Finally, the time for timing boot may not have come yet, so wait or cancel the timer settings.

    • D

Why is my Argo Air Conditioner making abnormal sounds?
    • A
      Amanda HoldenAug 31, 2025
If your Argo Air Conditioner's indoor unit makes abnormal sounds, it could be due to the sound of the fan or compressor relay switching on or off, which is due to the refrigerant flowing in reverse. Also, too much dust accumulation on the air filter of the indoor unit may result in fluctuation of the sound, so clean the air filters in time. Finally, there may be too much air noise when 'Strong wind' is turned on; if feeling uncomfortable, please deactivate the 'Strong wind' function.

Why does Argo Air Conditioner blow out mist?
    • J
      jackie62Sep 3, 2025
During cooling operation, if the indoor unit outlet of your Argo Air Conditioner sometimes blows out mist, it's because the indoor air is cooled rapidly when the indoor temperature and humidity are high, and this is normal.

Why does my Argo Air Conditioner have water drops on it?
    • S
      Sheila BuckleySep 6, 2025
If there are water drops over the surface of the indoor unit of your Argo Air Conditioner, it could be due to a few reasons. When ambient humidity is high, water drops will accumulate around the air outlet or the panel, which is a normal physics phenomenon. Prolonged cooling run in an open space can also produce water drops, so close the doors and windows. Finally, too small an opening angle of the louver blades may also result in water drops at the air inlet, so increase the angle of the louver blades.

    • S
      Sophia BarnettSep 9, 2025
If you hear the sound of running water during the operation of your Argo Air Conditioner, this is the sound of the flow of the refrigerant and is not a malfunction.

Why does my Argo Air Conditioner make a clicking sound?
    • E
      Elizabeth WilsonSep 12, 2025
If a slight 'click' sound is heard at the start-up or shut-down of your Argo Air Conditioner, it is due to temperature changes causing the panel and other parts to swell, resulting in the sound of friction.
