The external tubing for our GP-2000 and OB-2000 series
has been modified to enhance the performance of these
models. The following explains the difference between the
old and new tubing assembly. It is important to have these
fittings in the correct location in order to get optimum
performance from these valves. It is very important that the
old and new tubing assemblies are not mixed. The
location of all fittings is critical and should not vary from
the assembly instructions.
Note: Fittings and tee are to be located in similar positions
for all GP-2000 models.
New Type
General Characteristics
Groove has to be on top.
Tee has two reduced and one full port.
Fitting A&B and Elbow have no restriction.
Fitting A&B are the same parts.
Old Type
General Characteristics
Tee is reversible.
Tee has no restricted orifice.
Fitting B and Elbow have restrictions.
