Remember to tighten the Cam Locks!

Attach bin sides (Panel V pieces) to Panel W.
Tighten the Cam Locks by turning 180° clockwise.
Attach Panel V/Panel W Assembly to Panel U.
Tighten the Cam Locks by turning 180° clockwise.
