Issue Possible cause and solution
Ingredients are stuck in the pump
Flush the pump by connecting a hose to the
curve pipe.
Dismantle the pump to remove the ingredients.
100°C cannot be reached Put cover on for 1 to 2 minutes.
Perform temperature correction.
Temperature correction C1--degree centigrade
Press “-” and “+” at the same time, enter into C1
temperature correction setting, press Temp button
to conrm. Setting range is from -10°C to +10°C.
Temperature correction F1--Fahrenheit
Press “-” and “+” at the same time, enter into F1
temperature correction setting. Setting range
is from -50°F to +50°F. Press Temp button to
onrm.
Display shows ERR-1
Temperature is lower than -20°C, this is low
temperature warning.
Sensor connector is loose.
Open underneath and check the sensor.
Reconnect it if it is loose.
Display shows ERR-2
Temperature is higher than 120°C, this is
overheat/ boil-dry warning.
Sensor failure, please contact dealer for
replacement.
