This wood burning fireplace complies with
UL127 CAN/ULC-S610-M87 standard as a
FACTORY BUILT FIREPLACE.
Ce foyer au bois est conforme aux UL 127 CAN/ULC-

This fireplace is approved for use as a wood burning fireplace or for use with a vented gas log approved to ANSI
Z21.60 or Z21.84 standards or for use with a vent-free gas log heater approved to ANSI Z21.11.2 standard.

IHP hood must be installed when using a vent-free log heater (see Accessories, page 19).
FOR CANADA: The authority having jurisdiction
(such as the municipal building department, fire
department, etc.) should be contacted before
installation to determine the need to obtain a permit.

This appliance may be installed in an aftermarket permanently located, manufactured home (USA only)
or mobile home, where not prohibited by local codes. This appliance is only for use with the type of gas indicated
on the rating plate.
This installation manual will enable you to obtain a safe, efficient and dependable installation of your fireplace
system. Please read and understand these instructions before beginning your installation.
Do not alter or modify the fireplace or its components under any circumstances. Any modification or alteration
of the fireplace system, including but not limited to the fireplace, chimney components and accessories, may
void the warranty, listings and approvals of this system and could result in an unsafe and potentially dangerous
installation.
IMPORTANT! TO ASSURE PROPER ALIGNMENT OF GLASS DOORS: INSTALL THIS FIREPLACE IN A SQUARE
AND PLUMB CONDITION, USING SHIMS AS NECESSARY AT SIDES AND/OR BOTTOM.
