2.3 Main menu
When you enter the BIOS Setup program, the Main menu screen appears, giving you an
overview of the basic system information.
Refer to section 2.2.1 BIOS menu screen for information on the menu screen items and
how to navigate through them.
2.3.1 System Time [xx:xx:xx]
Allows you to set the system time.
2.3.2 System Date [Day xx/xx/xxxx]
Allows you to set the system date.
2.3.3 Legacy Diskette A [1.44M, 3.5 in.]
Sets the type of oppy drive installed. Conguration options: [Disabled] [720K , 3.5 in.]
[1.44M, 3.5 in.] [360K, 5.25 pin] [1.2M 5.25 pin] [2.88M, 3.5 pin]
2.3.4 IDE Conguration
The items in this menu allow you to set or change the congurations for the IDE devices
installed in the system. Select an item then press <Enter> if you wish to congure the item.
Onboard IDE Controller [Enabled]
Allows you to enable or disable the onboard IDE controller. Conguration options: [Enabled]
[Disabled]
Serial-ATA Devices [Enabled]
Allows you to disable or set the Serial-ATA devices. Conguration options: [Enabled]
[Disabled]
SATA Mode select [SATA Mode]
Allows you to select the SATA Mode. Conguration options: [SATA Mode] [RAID Mode]
System Time [04: 08 : 23]
System Date [Wed 01/09/2002]
Legacy Diskette A [1.44M,3.5in.]
