I. Core Components (Internal to the Frame):
The core components of your electric bicycle, paicularly those within
the frame, require low maintenance or even no maintenance at all. These
components, including the motor and batte, are designed for durability
and reliable peormance. Therefore, you do not need to peorm specic
maintenance tasks on them.
II. Ext ngevity of your electric bicycle. Focus on the following areas:
Spokes:
Periodically check the spokes for any signs of looseness. If any spokes
are loose, use a spoke wrench to tighten them appropriately. This helps
maintain wheel stability and prevents potential damage during rides.
Brakes:
Regularly inspect the brake pads to ensure they are in good condition.
Check the thickness of the brake pads and replace them if they are worn.
In extreme o-road conditions, replace the brake pads after approxi-
mately 1000 km to ensure consistent peormance. For regular riding,
replace the brake pads after approximately 2000 km to 3000 km.
Chain:
Peorm routine cleaning and lubrication of the chain. Regularly inspect
the chain for wear or damage and replace it if necessa. Proper chain
maintenance prolongs the lifespan of your drivetrain.
