Telephone settings
For complete instructions on using all features of this telephone, see your
user’s manual for details.
Set date/time
To set the date and time manually:
Press the MENU softkey on the handset or telephone
base in idle mode to enter the main menu.
Press or to highlight SETTINGS, then press the
SELECT softkey.
Press or to highlight Set date/time, then press the
SELECT softkey.
Press the SELECT softkey to select Date/time.
Press or to select the month and then press the
SET softkey to confirm, or enter the correct number
using the dialing keys.
Press or to select the day and then press the
SET softkey to confirm, or enter the correct number
using the dialing keys.
Press or to select the year or enter the correct
number using the dialing keys, then press the
SET softkey.
Press or to select the hour and then press the
SET softkey to confirm, or enter the correct number
using the dialing keys.
Press or to select the minute and then press the
SET softkey to confirm, or enter the correct number
using the dialing keys.
Press or to choose AM or PM, then press the
SET softkey to confirm. You hear a confirmation tone.
NOTE: If the clock is not set when a message is recorded, the
system announces, “Time and day not set,” before the message is
played.
