Warranty Information
Atari understands that sometimes products may not work as advertised or that
you may be dissatisfied with your purchase occur. In these instances, the product
may be returned within 30 days of purchase if accompanied with a receipt.
Atari offers warranty on all products if:
 You are not satisfied with your purchase.
 The product does not work as advertised.
 The product is defective.*
 The product is missing components that should have been included.
Atari does not provide warranty under these circumstances:
 Theft.
 Customer misuse.
 Water Damage.
 If it has been 5 years since the initial purchase.
If you are having trouble with your Atari 800 Home Computer, it may not be
defective; rather it may be an issue from the set up. Please refer to the
