Bevor das Heben der Bühne
fortgesetzt wird, sollten die Tragarme
mittels der Bolzen montiert werden,
damit zum Absenken der Hebebühne
ausreichend Gewicht vorhanden ist.
Nun das Heben der Bühne
fortsetzen, bis die endgültige Höhe
erreicht ist und der Endschalter
abschaltet.
ACHTUNG: Während des gesamten
Inbetriebnahmeprozesses die
Hebebühne und deren Komponenten
genau beobachten. Kein Fahrzeug
heben, bevor nicht die Fertigmontage
abgeschlossen ist und noch einmal
alle Funktionen, Sicherheits-
einrichtungen und Befestigungen
kontrolliert sind.
Nun kann mittels der Senktaste
„Once Drop“(6) die Bühne wieder bis
zum CE-Stopp abgesenkt werden.
Durch Betätigen der Taste „Twice
Drop“(7) kann die Bühne bis in die
Endstellung abgesenkt werden.
Da nun die Inbetriebnahme
erfolgreich abgeschlossen ist, wird
die Hebebühne an den erforderlichen
Stellen (Gleitflächen, Ketten, Rollen)
geschmiert, die Bühne einmal auf
und ab gefahren und falls erforderlich
nochmals nachgeschmiert.
Eine Funktionskontrolle mit KFZ
erfolgt als nächster Schritt, falls
erforderlich werden die
Ausgleichsseile nochmals
nachgespannt. Nun können die
beiliegenden Zylinderabdeckungen
der Säulen montiert werden.
Before the lifting will be continued,

height is reached and the limit switch
switches off.
ATTENTION: During the whole
process for initial operation is the
whole lift and its components to be
watched carefully. Lift no vehicle,
before the final installation is finished
and again all functions, safety
devices and fixings are controlled.
Now the lift can be lowered again
until the CE-Stop by means of the
bottom „Once Drop“(6). By pushing
the button “Twice Drop”(7) the lift can
be lowered until the final position.
As now the initial operation is
finished succesfully, the lift has to be
lubricated on the necessary points
(sliding faces, chains, rolls), then
lifted and lowered once and if
necessary again lubricated.
A function control with a vehicle is
the next step, if needed the
synchronizing ropes will be
retightened again. Now the enclosed
covers for the cylinders can be
mounted.
