4 Fertigstellung
Für den Anschluss der Hebebühne
ist bauseits ein Drehstromanschluss
(400V/50Hz/16A träge) in Form einer
CEE-Steckvorrichtung (Steckdose
und Stecker) oder eines
Festanschlusses (Klemmdose inkl.
Klemmen) vorzusehen.
Die Sensoren für den CE-Stopp und
die Hubbegrenzung sind bereits
elektrisch angeschlossen und
müssen nun noch in der Säule
montiert werden.
Achtung !!! Ausreichend Abstand
zum Hubwagen!!!
Noch nicht angeschlossene
Befehlsgeräte werden entsprechend
ihren Klemmennummern an die
Reihenklemme angeschlossen.
Bei allen Elektroarbeiten ist zu
beachten, dass Arbeiten an der
Stromversorgung nur durch eine
ausgebildete Elektrofachkraft
durchgeführt werden dürfen.
Tank des Hydraulikaggregates mit Öl
(ca 12,5l H-LPD 32 o ä.) bis zur
angegebenen Markierung am
Messstab befüllen. Beachten, dass
keine Verunreinigungen mit in den
Tank gelangen.
4.1 Inbetriebnahme
Nachdem die elektrischen
Anschlüsse erstellt und geprüft sind
sowie der Ölstand im Tank nochmals
kontrolliert wurde, kann der Taster
„UP“(5) zum Heben der Bühne
gedrückt werden. Es dauert eine Zeit
bis sich die Zylinder bewegen, da die
Pumpe erst ansaugen muss und die
Schläuche leer sind. Zeigt sich nach
20 Sekunden noch keine Reaktion,
so ist die Drehrichtung des Motors zu
ändern. (Phasentausch). Die Zylinder
können sich im ersten Moment
ruckartig bewegen, dies ist jedoch
normal, da zuerst die Luft aus den
Zylindern entweichen muss.
4 Completion
For the connection of the lift has to
be made a three-phase current
connection (400V/50Hz/16A inert) in
form of a CEE-plug-in (socket and
plug connector) or a fix connection
(connection socket incl. clamps)
on site.
The sensors for the CE-Stop and the
lifting limit are already electrical
installed and have to be mounted
now in the post.
Attention !!! Sufficient difference
to the lifting carriage!!!
Command elements, which are not
yet connected must be connected
according their clamp numbers to the
terminal.
During all electrical works it has to be
considered, that works on the current
supply are only allowed for skilled
personal.
Fill the tank of the hydraulic
aggregate with oil (appr. 12,5 l
HLP32 or similar) until the marking
on the measuring stick. Take care
that no dirt comes into the tank.
4.1 Initial operation
After the electrical connections are
made and checked as well as the oil
level in the tank was controlled again,
the button “UP”(5) can be pushed for
lifting the lift. It takes some time until
the cylinders are mowing, as the
pump has only to suck in and the
hoses are empty. If there is no
reaction after 20 seconds, so the
sense of rotation of the motor has to
be changed (phase change). The
cylinders can move jerkily in the first
moment, but this is normal as first the
air must escape from of the cylinders.
