Die Pumpe saugt Öl über das Ölsieb
ein und erzeugt den für die Hublast
erforderlichen Druck.
Das Öl wird in den Verteiler geleitet.
Von hier wird es über das
Druckbegrenzungsventil in die zwei
hydraulischen Zylinder, die in den
Säulen angebracht sind, geführt. Das
Druckbegrenzungsventil ist auf den
Druck der max. Tragfähigkeit der
Fahrzeug-Hebebühne eingestellt.
Diese Einstellung darf nicht geändert
werden.
Der Tank des hydraulischen Systems
hat einen Inhalt von ca. 12,5 l Öl.
Das Absenken erfolgt über ein
elektrisch betätigtes Senkventil.
Das Anzugsmoment der
Ankerschrauben ist den Unterlagen
des Dübelherstellers
zu entnehmen und zu beachten.
Die Fahrzeug-Hebebühne entspricht
den derzeit gültigen Normen.
Die in jedem Land gültigen
Vorschriften sind vom Betreiber
einzuhalten.
Die Fahrzeug-Hebebühne darf nur
von ausgebildeten, psychisch und
körperlich befähigten Personen mit
einem Mindestalter von 18 Jahre
bedient werden. Über die Ausbildung
muss ein Protokoll erstellt werden.

The oil is conducted into the
distributor. From here it is conducted
via the blow-off valve into the two
hydraulic cylinders, which are
installed in the posts. The blow-off
valve is adjusted to the pressure of
the max. capacity of the lift. This
adjustment is not allowed to change.
The tank of the hydraulic system has
a content of appr. 12,5 l oil.
The lowering is made via an
electrical operated lowering valve.
The fastening torque of the anchor
screws has to be taken from the
documents of the producer of the
anchor and to be considered.
The lift corresponds to the actual
valid regulations.
The operators are required to
observe additionally the valid
regulations in the country of
installation of the lift.
The lift may only be used by
authorized trained persons over the
age of 18 years. It must be made a
protocol for the training.
