PRÜFUNG
Jede Fahrzeug-Hebebühne ist im
Fertigungsbetrieb mit einer entsprechenden
Prüflast geprüft. Weiter wurde die Fahrzeug-
Hebebühne einer statischen und
dynamischen Prüfung und einer
Elektroprüfung unterzogen.
Die Hebebühne ist nach Fertigstellung der
Montage und anschließend regelmäßig
gemäß den im Betreiberland gültigen
Vorschriften und gesetzlichen
Bestimmungen durch eine hierfür geeignete
und zugelassene Firma oder Einrichtung
überprüfen zu lassen.
Prüfungsumfang
Neben der einwandfreien Funktion sind vor
allem die sicherheitsrelevanten
Komponenten der gesamten Anlage zu
überprüfen:
- Endabschaltung oben und unten, CE-
Stopp
- Einstellung und Zustand der Gleichlaufseile
- Eingreifen und Entriegeln der
Sicherheitsrasten
- Funktion der Tragarmarretierung
- Dichtheit und Zustand des
Hydrauliksystems
- Anzugsmomente der Bolzenanker
- Kontrolle aller Funktionen unter Last
CHECKING
Each vehicle lift is tested by the
manufacturer with the corresponding proof
load. Furtheron the vehicle lift was subject to
statical, dynamic and electrical tests.
The lift must be checked after finishing the
installation and then regularly by a suitable
and authorized company or institution
according to the guilty instructions and legal
regulations in the country of installation.
Scope of checking
Besides the correct function are above all
the components to be checked which are
important for the safety of the whole
equipment:
- Limit switch above and below, CE-Stop
- Adjustment and condition of
synchronization ropes
- Engaging and unlocking of the safety
notches
- Function of lifting arm locking
- Tightness and condition of the hydraulic
system
- Fastening torque of the anchors
- Control of all functions under load
