VEHICLE RECORDS SCREEN
This screen can be accessed from the F11
menu of the job record ling screen.
It displays the list of vehicles stored on le.
To make the selection, proceed as described in the “Ge-
neral considerations” section.
The following keys are active in this window:
F1 displays the on-line Help function
F2 goes back to the previous screen
F3 (or Enter ) conrms the selection
of the vehicle and goes to the next
screen.
F5 prints the list of vehicles.
F6 modies the data of a previously
entered vehicle
F7 deletes a previously entered
vehicle
F8 enters a new vehicle (see the“Enter/
Modify window”) section
F11 Displays the menu with the
contextual functions.
These are the menu options:
• Help (recalls the Help contextual screen on the
screen where you are)
JOB RECORDS SCREEN
This screen can be accessed from the F11
menu of the job record ling screen.
It displays the list of jobs stored on le.
To make the selection, proceed as described in the “Ge-
neral considerations” section.
The following keys are active in this window:
F1 displays the on-line Help function
F2 goes back to the previous screen
F3 (or Enter ) conrms the selection of
the job and goes to the next screen.
F5 prints the list of jobs.
F7 deletes a previously entered job
F11 Displays the menu with the
contextual functions.

• Start context (goes back to the screen where
the “Standard job record” data is entered)
• Setup (opens the contextual set-up on the screen
where you are)
• Help (recalls the Help contextual screen on the
screen where you are)
