SELF HOLDING OPERATION
If the self holding is ON and the water level is going up, G1
is up, G2 goes up and starts pump 1, G3 goes up and starts
pump 2. If the water level is going down, G3 goes down
but does not stop pump 2, G2 goes down but it does not
stop pump 1, G1 goes down and stops both pumps.
