13 Digital controller
Description
The condenser pressure must be kept as constant as possible to obtain stable operation.
The digital controller (13) therefore stops and starts the cooling fan (5).
If, under partial or no load, the evaporator pressure drops below a certain level, the hot gas bypass
valve (2) opens, and hot, high-pressure gas is fed to the evaporator circuit to prevent the
evaporator pressure from dropping any further.
2.5 Electrical system
The controller starts the fan motor as soon as the condenser pressure reaches the upper set point
of the switch and will stop the fan motor when the condenser pressure decreases to its lower set
point.
2.6 Drain system
Description
Drain, model MIC-A which has a built in timed electronic circuit, and an assisted drive solenoid
valve, which opens at pre-established intervals.
The opening time is limited to 1 second, which allows limiting compressed air waste to a minimum.
