Overhauling instructions
Mounting of bushing in nose
part
1. Mount the nose part in a hydraulic press
designed for min. 10 t
2. Mount the bushing in a suitable punch
3. Place the nose part
4. Apply Loctite or similar to the bushing
5. Check the length of the bushing and mark
it
6. Press the bushing into the nose part with a
pressure of approx. 10 t
