- ABS and ASR only work correctly when
all four wheels are equipped w ith identi-
cal t ires. Different tire sizes can lead to a
reduct ion in engine power.
- You may hear noises when the systems
described are working.

Sport mode on
The following situations are exceptions where
it may be usefu l to switch on sport mode to
allow the wheels to spin:
- Rocking the vehicle to free it when it is st uck
- Driving in deep snow or on loose ground
- Driving with snow chains
