display, reduce your speed immediate ly and
avoid any hard st eer ing or braking maneu-
vers . Stop as soon as possib le and check the
t ires and thei r pressu re .
- The driver is responsib le for main t aining the
correct tire pressure. You mus t check t he
t ire pressure regu la rly.
- Under certain conditions (such as a sporty
dr iving style, winter cond itions or unpaved
ro ads), the tire pressure mon itoring system
ind icator may be delaye d.
(D Tips
- The t ire pressu re monitoring sys t em can al-
so stop work ing when there is an ESC mal-
fun ct ion.
- Using snow chains may result in a system
malfu nct ion.
- The t ire pressu re monitoring sys t em in your
Audi was cal ibrated with "Audi Orig inal
Tires " ~
page 208. Using t hese ti res is re c-
ommended.
Storing tire pressures
Applies to: vehicles with Tir e Pressure Monitor ing System in-
dicator
If the tire pressure changes or a tire is replaced,
it must be confirmed in the Infotainment sys-
tem .
