1. Start Engine Stop (with Advanced Key)
Press the brake and then press this button to start the
engine.
7. Voice Recognition
Press the TALK button on steering wheel to activate
Voice Recognition in the MMI.
Driver Information System (DIS)
The DIS provides important driver information,
including trip computer data, outside temperature and
vehicle alerts.

5. Media/Audi connect® (CD/DVD/SD card)
Press the MEDIA button to access available media
from connected sources (e.g., Bluetooth Audio, SD
card, DVD, Jukebox and iPod connected via the Audi
Music Interface).
6. MMI® Display
The MMI Display screen displays MMI menus and
multi-media information, including Voice Recognition
commands, media selections and radio information.
MMI Display is fixed and does not close.
11. Windshield Wipers
From the "OFF” position, move the stalk up one click
for rain-sensing wipers, up two clicks for low-speed
continuous wipe and up three clicks for high-speed
continuous wipe.
12. Rear Hatch Release
Pull this switch to open hatch. With the ignition ON,
pull and hold the driver's door hatch switch until the
hatch is closed. Releasing the switch will interrupt the
closure of the trunk. If equipped with power tailgate,
this also can be closed by holding down the trunk
button on the key fob.
