1. Time keeps resetting
Please make sure the yellow wire (B+) connects to the constant power. Please refer to the connection of the yellow wire (B+) and detection
method on the Power Cable Connection as described above.
2. Video recording/photography unavailable
● Check if memory card inserted or not
● Low memory card class, please insert a high class memory card. (class10, etc.)
● If the above solutions didn’t work, the memory card may be broken, and please replace it with a new one.
After inserting the SD card, the monitor still appears “please insert the SD card”
The card may be incompatible, please format the SD card on the dash cam (Stop Recording and tap > General Settings> Format SD card>
Select Yes)
3. Unable to playback
Any file name change on a computer will void the videos and photos.
● Videos that have been processed or are not recorded by the dash cam cannot be played back on the dash cam.
● Please check if the SD card is damaged.
4. No GPS signal
● Look for a suitable installation location
If changing to other installation positions but still no GPS signal, please contact the customer service via after-sales email address to solve
the problem.
