5. Cannot turn on / off automatically
Reset or restore the default settings
You (as the end user) receive a 12-month guarantee from the date of purchase. For products replaced within the one-year warranty period, the
warranty period is the remaining warranty period of the original order. During the one-year warranty period, if there is a problem with the product
quality within 30 days from the date of purchase, our company will provide a returns and refund service; if the product has a quality problem
beyond 30 days from the date of purchase, our company will provide replacement services, but we will not provide returns and refund service.
The warranty does not apply to the following situations:
1. Beyond a year warranty period (from the date of purchase).
2. Man-made damage factors.
3. Products not purchased from our official channels and designated channels.
4. Products that have problems due to unauthorized modification.
5. Cannot provide valid proof of purchase.
6. Damage caused by force majeure factors, such as earthquakes, etc.
