SETTING
UP
OF
LIMITS
(a)
Plug
the
drive unit
power cord
into mains
power
point
and
switch
power
on.
(b)
Check
that
the door
is in the
closed
position. If
not close
it by
hand.
(c)
Set
lever
on
the trolley
to
engage
position.
(see
frg
4)
(d)
Depress
open
drive
green
button
and
hold
it
on
until
the
door
reaches
the
open
position.
WARNING:
Obstruction
detection
(safety
re'
versing
system)
is inoperable
when
open
drive
and
close
drive
buttons
are
used.
NOTE:
Initially
door
will
not
be
moving till
chain
index
engages
itself
into trolley.
When
the
doors
desirable
open
position
is
reached,
release
button
and
door
will stop.
Turn open
limit
adjustment
sorew
(1)
in anti
clockwise
direction
till
green light
indicator
(G)
comes
on.
Depress
close
drive
(F)
red button
and
hold
it
on
till the
door
reaches
the
desirable
close
position, then
release
the
button
and
the door
will
stop.
Turn the
limit
adjust
screw
(2) in
clockwise
direction
till
the
red
indicator
(H)
comes
on.
Now to check the
limits set,
press
the
open
button
to open the
door and
the close button
to
close
the
door.
(Do
not use the
open/closeistop
button)
If
not
fully
satisfied,
turn the
close
or
open
limit ad-
justment
screws
in desirable
direction.
As a refer-
ence
l/8 of
a
turn
of
limit adjust
screw
changes
travel
of trolley
by
9
mm when
14
teeth
sprocket
is
used
and
12.7
mm when
20 teeth
sprocket
is used.

The
safety
obstruction
force
is calculated
automati-
cally
and
set
in the
memory of
the Securalift.
This
applies
to both
the Open
Force and Close
Force.
WARNING:
When
step
16.1
is initiated
the Ga-
rage
Door will
do
a
full open
and close
cycle auto-
matically.
Please
keep door
way clear
to avoid
any
personal injury or
damage
to
property.
