• The scale can be powered with (2) “AAA” batteries or an external
power supply.
Note: Batteries and power supply can be used at the same time. If
used simultaneously, the external power supply will be prioritized.
The power supply will not charge the batteries.
• Place the scale on a hard, flat, and level surface.
• Press the POWER key to power it on.
It will display “-188888”, then “0.000lb.”
• Place the object on the center of the platform.
The scale will display the weight of the object when reading is stable.
• Press the UNIT key to switch between metric and imperial units.
• Place an item on the scale and wait for a stable weight.
• Press the TARE key to zero out the weight of the item.
• When the scale is powered by batteries, it turns off automatically
after (5) minutes of inactivity.
• When the scale is powered by an adapter, press the POWER key
to power it off.

NOTE: Save these instructions for future reference.
• Dampen a cloth with a mild soap solution to clean the scale
• Do not use any harsh chemical cleaners.
• Do not wash down or immerse the scale. Any liquid inside the scale can
cause permanent damage.
• Remove batteries from the scale when it will not be used for an extended
period of time.
