DenetheDTMFsignalintheintercom
1.GotoCommunication>SIP>AccountsandlocatetheSIPaccount.
2.Click>Edit.
3.ClickDTMF.
4.Click+DTMFsequence.
5.IntheSequenceeld,enter"1".
6.IntheDescriptioneld,enter"Unlockdoor".
7.ClickSave.
Setuptheintercomtounlockthedoorusingtheinternalrelay
8.GotoSystem>Events>Rulesandaddarule.
9.IntheNameeld,enter"DTMFunlockdoor".
10.Fromthelistofconditions,underCall,selectDTMFandUnlockdoor.
11.Fromthelistofactions,underI/O,selectToggleI/Oonce.
12.Fromthelistofports,selectRelay1.
13.ChangeDurationto00:00:07,whichmeansthatthedoorisopenfor7seconds.
14.ClickSave.

Toimproveimagequalityforspecicsurveillancescenes,useexposuremodes.Exposuremodesletsyoucontrolaperture,shutter
speed,andgain.GotoVideo>Image>Exposureandselectbetweenthefollowingexposuremodes:
•Formostusecases,selectAutomaticexposure.
•Forenvironmentswithcertainarticiallighting,forexampleuorescentlighting,selectFlicker-free.
Selectthesamefrequencyasthepowerlinefrequency.
•Forenvironmentswithcertainarticiallightandbrightlight,forexampleoutdoorswithuorescentlightingatnightand
sunduringdaytime,selectFlicker-reduced.
Selectthesamefrequencyasthepowerlinefrequency.
•Tolockthecurrentexposuresettings,selectHoldcurrent.
