Then, use AXIS IP Utility or ARP/Ping to set the IP address again. Finally, disable DHCP in the TCP/IP settings within the setup pages.

Get a new IP address from your administrator and reinstall the camera. 4. Be aware that the static IP address in the Axis product is used before the DHCP server sets a dynamic address, which may cause IP conflict.
