Setvideoinput

Tousethevideoencoder,thevideoinputsfortheconnectedcameras(channels)mustbeset.Whenyoulogintoyourdevicefor

thersttime,theautomaticallydetectedvideoinputsforthecamerasaresettoAutomatic.Ifyouneedtochangethevideo

inputs,youcandoitmanually:

1.SelectManualandsetthevideoinputsettingsforeachchannelyouwanttochange.

2.ClickNexttoverifyyoursettingsandtorestartthedevice.

Note

Thedevicewillonlyrestartifyouhavemadeanychangestothevideoinputsettings.

Ifyouneedtochangethevideoinputsfortheconnectedcamerasaftersettingupthedevice:

1.GotoSettings>System>Videoinput.

2.SelectManualandsetthevideoinputsettingsforeachchannelyouwanttochange.

3.ClickApplyandrestart.

Toadjusttheviewinrelationtoareferenceareaoranobject,usethelevelingguideincombinationwithamechanicaladjustment

1.GotoSettings>System>Orientationandclick

2.Adjustthecameramechanicallyuntilthepositionofthereferenceareaortheobjectisalignedwiththelevelingguide.

Monitorlongandnarrowareas

Usecorridorformattobetterutilizethefulleldofviewinalongandnarrowarea,forexampleastaircase,hallway,road,ortunnel.
