serverreporttextleinUTF–8format,aswellasasnapshotofthecurrentliveviewimage.Alwaysincludetheserver
report.ziplewhenyoucontactsupport.
•Downloadthecrashreport:Clicktodownloadanarchivewithdetailedinformationabouttheserver'sstatus.The
crashreportcontainsinformationthatisintheserverreportaswellasdetaileddebuginformation.Thisreportmight
containsensitiveinformationsuchasnetworktraces.Itcantakeseveralminutestogeneratethereport.

Remotesystemlog
Syslogisastandardformessagelogging.Itallowsseparationofthesoftwarethatgeneratesmessages,thesystemthatstores
them,andthesoftwarethatreportsandanalyzesthem.Eachmessageislabeledwithafacilitycode,whichindicatesthesoftware
typegeneratingthemessage,andassignedaseveritylevel.
