productfromautomaticallyreturningtotheHomeposition.
FocusWindow
Thefocuswindowmakesitpossibletoselectanareaofthecamera'simagethatfocusshouldbeappliedon.Thiscanbeusefulif
thereisapartoftheimagewherefocusismorecritical,orifapartoftheimageshouldbeignoredbytheautofocus.
WhenthefocuswindowissetfromtheLiveViewpage,anychangeinthecamerapositionwillreturntheautofocustotheentire
window.
WhenclickingtheFocusWindowbuttoninthePresetPositionpage,themostrecentlysetfocuswindowfromtheLiveView
pageappears.
WhenthefocuswindowissetfromthePresetPositionspage,itwillbeincludedinthesettingsforthatpreset.Thefocuswindow
canberedenedforthepreset,butitcannotbedeletedunlessthepresetisdeleted.

Important
SetnewPan0°affectsallpreviouslydenedpresets,guardtours,masksetc.
Theproductcanbemountedinthreedifferenthorizontaldirections.ThismaycausetheviewfromPan0°tobechangedfromthe
originalview.ClickSetnewPan0°tosetthepancoordinatesystemtozerointhecurrentdirection.SetnewPan0°canbeuseful
forinstancewhenre-installingtheproductaftermaintenance.
Gatekeeper
TheAdvancedGatekeepermonitorsanareasuchasanentrancegate.Whenmotionisdetectedinthemonitoredarea,theGatekeeper
willsteerthecameratoaselectedpresetposition.Usingazoomed-inpresetpositioncanmakeitpossibleto,forexample,reada
licenseplateoridentifyaperson.Whenmotionisnolongerdetected,thecamerareturnstoitsHomepositionafteradenedtime.
ToenabletheGatekeeper,gotoPTZ>Gatekeeperandfollowtheonlineinstructions.
Itisalsopossibleto,forexample,recordvideoorsaveimages(takeasnapshot)whiletheGatekeeperisactive.GotoEvents
andsetupanactionrulewithPTZPresetReachedastrigger.
GuardTour
Aguardtourdisplaysthevideostreamfromdifferentpresetpositions,one-by-one,inapredeterminedorderoratrandomandfor
congurabletimeperiods.Theenabledguardtourwillkeeprunningaftertheuserhasloggedofforclosedthebrowser.
Toaddaguardtour:
1.GotoPTZ>GuardTourandclickAdd.
2.Enteradescriptivename.
3.Specifythepauselengthbetweenruns.
4.SelectanavailablepresetpositionandclickApply.
5.SpecifytheMoveSpeed.
6.SpecifytheViewTimeinsecondsorminutes.
7.SpecifytheViewOrderorselecttheRandomvieworderoption.
8.ClickSave.
