Movespeedsetsthespeedofthecamera’spanandtiltmovements.Thedefaultsettingismaximumspeed.
Whenusingajoystick(oremulatingonewiththemouse)theEnableproportionalspeedsettingcanbeusedtoreducethemaximum
pan/tiltmovementspeed,i.e.thespeedthecameraviewmovesatwhenthejoystickispushedallthewayoutinanydirection.Thisis
usefulthentheviewiszoomedinonanobject.

Controls
AdvancedPTZsettingscanbeconguredunderPTZ>Advanced>Controls.
ThePanelShortcutCommandButtonslistshowstheuser-denedbuttonsthatcanbeaccessedfromtheLiveViewpage’sCtrl
panel.ThesebuttonscanbeusedtoprovidedirectaccesstocommandsissuedusingtheVAPIX®applicationprogramminginterface.
ClickAddtoaddanewshortcutcommandbutton.
ThefollowingPTZcontrolsareenabledbydefault:
•Pancontrol
•Tiltcontrol
•Zoomcontrol
•Focuscontrol
Todisablespeciccontrols,deselecttheoptionsunderEnable/Disablecontrols.
Note
DisablingPTZcontrolswillnotaffectpresetpositions.Forexample,ifthetiltcontrolisdisabled,theproductcanstillmoveto
presetpositionsthatrequireatiltmovement.
