Axis Commercial Use Warranty
In the event your boat is used for commercial use, then the standard implied warranties
do not apply and Axis Wake Research completely disclaims them to the extent allowed
by law. The Implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose does not apply if you
boat is used for exhibition, even if the boat is equipped for that purpose.
Commercially used boats will have the following warranty:
