Slowly pull the recoil starter until you feel it engage and then pull it
quickly. Return the recoil starter gently and slowly to the original position by hand.
Note: when the engine is started for the first time. It will require a number of
attempts
to
start
until the fuel has travelled from the tank to the
moto
r

Turn the choke lever to the OPEN position as the engine started. Pressing the
throttle trigger lockout and the throttle trigger, the choke lever will be into “Open”
position itself
6. After starting the engine, let the engine run for 2 to 3 minutes so that it
warms up before subjecting it to any load.
Under the following conditions the machine must be stop:
1. When the motor rotary speed changes
2. When sparks occur
3. When bump head are damaged
4. In case of misfire
5. In case of high vibration
6. When flames or smoke appear
7. In rain or stormy weather
WARNING!
Check the cutting attachment always stops when the engine is idling.
Fitting of shoulder strap
1. Put the strap link up with machine shown in (G1).
2. Adjust the perfect working and cutting position by using the various strap
adjusters on the carrying strap (G 2).
3. In order to set the optimum length of the carrying strap, the user should then

have started the engine and it is running in idle mode.

ease always switch off the engine before you take off the harness.
Cutting
During
cutting, please don’t keep the running speed just above clutch engagement
speed. Any prolonged use at low speed is likely to cause premature wear of the clutch.
On the other hand, the user should not keep the engine speed in max speed after
cutting. Any prolonged use at the highest speed is likely to reduce lifetime of engine.
Cut the grass from right to left.
Always take care to maintain a well balanced and secure position.
Wear the harness as illustrated in the figure. The cutting head anti-clockwise, so it is
advised to use the unit from right to left to make an effective cut. Ensure the people
present are at least 15 meters away.
CAU
TION!
In
an emergency, stop the engine by moving the engine switch to the stop position.
If the cutter accessory strikes stone or other debris, stop the engine and check whether
something has been damaged and the cutter attachment is still secure.
If wet grass or branches are remain in the cutter attachment, stop the engine and remove
them.

Replacing the spool
1. Stop the engi
ne;
2. Pr
ess the lock both of outer spool use your left hand and unscrew the cover in a
counter-clockwise direction and remove (H1);
3. Remove the abandoned spool from outer spool;
4. Use a new spool, thread the two ends through the holes of the outer spool;(H2,H3)
5. Press the spool into the spool holder with your hand and use your other hand to
fasten the cover in a clockwise direction tightly; (H4,H5)
6. Give each end of the line a strong tug to pull the line out of the slots.(H6)
