8.PROBLEM SOLVING
8.1. Possible situations
PROBLEM CAUSE
Lock does NOT close
The control is out of range of the lock.
The battery is completely flat or in bad condi-
tion.
The sensor does not detect the striker, it may be
too far away or the door is open.
Clearance distance between the frame striker
bridge and the lock is greater or less than the
distance indicated in the manual.
Lock does NOT open
The keyfob is out of range of the lock.
The keyfob has been removed from the lock.
There is too much noise and interference
around.
Frequency jammer near the lock.
Low autonomy
The motor exerts a lot of force on the pin,
check assembly.
The battery is not lithium, alkaline batteries
have half the capacity.
The battery is rechargeable, it does not reach
the required voltage and capacity.
If the lock does NOT
work
Make sure you are within range of the device
and that you have battery power in the contro-
ller.
