SECTION 2: DRIVE BELT
The Renegade drive belt utilizes a two-belt system with auto adjusting tensioners. Under normal
circumstances no adjustments are needed, however in the event that any adjustments are needed, the
tensioners can be moved up or down in their mounting position. The use of a 3/8 ratchet and short extension
may be required for installation or removal of a drive belt.
To access the rear of the pump plate, loosen the nuts holding the rear cover in place 1 ½ turns using a 9/16
wrench. Once loosened slide the rear cover rearward until it stops. Then the rear cover will pivot down giving
access to the pump belts, clutch, and belt tensioners.
