O. Idle Speed Adjustment
If the rotate speed of the engine is not stable (either too low or too
high) after the engine has started, adjust the idle speed adjust screw
on the carburetor.
If the engine rotate speed is too high, turn the adjust screw
counterclockwise;
If the engine rotate speed is too low, turn the adjust screw
clockwise;
Note: Idle Speed: 1500±100r/M
