Identification :
• Case colour - Black for Pulsar 150
• Coupler - White 2 coupler with sealed
type.
• Case colour - Brown for Pulsar 180
• Coupler - Black 2 coupler with sealed
type.
• Make - Varroc
Measuring & Testing Equipment : CDI / HT
Coil Tester.
Measuring & Testing Equipment : CDI / HT Coil tester.
SOP for CDI/H.T. Coil Checking
• Hang the unit on leg guard of the vehicle.
• Remove Spark Plug cap & connect to suitable terminal S1/S2 on the unit.
• Connect 'Red' probe of the unit to HT coil primary terminal.
• Connect 'Black' probe to earth.
• Start the engine.
• Status of LED & Spark window indicates the result as below.
