Why is there excessive heat and/or flare-ups on my Barbecook STELLA 3221?

  Excessive heat and flare-ups on your Barbecook Grill can occur if the food you are grilling is too fatty. Trim any excess fat before cooking, or set the burners to a low position. Also, check if the fat drain hole is blocked, if there is fat in the bowl, or fat on the burners. If so, clean the fat drain hole, bowl, and burners. Ensure that the burner hoods are mounted correctly. If the temperature is too high, set the burners to a lower temperature and/or grill food indirectly.

  If your Barbecook Grill isn't producing enough heat, make sure the gas supply is open. Check that the venturis are placed over the openings of the gas valves. Clean burner openings or replace the burners if they are blocked. Replace the gas cylinder if it is almost empty. Also, ensure the pressure regulator is correctly connected to the cylinder and/or hose; reconnect if necessary.

Another cause might be that the gas cylinder is almost empty; replace it. Fat in the bowl and/or on the burners could also be the reason; clean the bowl and burners and replace Leaf®.
