RS-232 command of Fans Control statement as below:
Op fan1~ fan12 = x , where x is the value about the fan speed, it can be setting
Op fan1~fan12 ? , it can be get fan speed
Op fan.all ? , it can be get all the fan speed.
op prerr , check last error code
op chevi = 0 , it can be set fan speed without check environment.
