SAFETY OPERATION MAINTENANCEINSTALLATION
Air Tools
Note: Consult air tool’s manual for needed accessories.
1. Make sure air tool’s throttle or switch is in OFF
position. Thread air tool onto 1/4″ Plug.
2. Adjust Regulator so that air output is enough
to properly power tool, but output will not
exceed tool’s maximum air pressure at any
time. Turn Regulator clockwise to increase
pressure and counter-clockwise to decrease
pressure. Adjust pressure gradually, while
checking Air Outlet Gauge to set pressure.
3. Use air tool as needed.
4. When finished, turn Power Switch OFF.
5. Remove Battery Pack(s).
6. Bleed air from tool then disconnect tool.
7. Drain Tank according to Draining Moisture
from Air Tank on page 11.
8. Clean, then store Air Compressor indoors
out of children’s reach.
Inflator
TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH: Do not operate
Inflator/Deflator while car engine is running in an enclosed area.
WARNING! TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY AND DEATH FROM EXPLOSION:
Before Inflating, check item manufacturer’s recommended air pressure.
Do not exceed that pressure. Over inflation may result in an explosion.
High Pressure - Tires and Small Inflatables
WARNING! Wear ANSI-approved
eye protection during use.
WARNING! TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY AND
DEATH FROM EXPLOSION: Do not overinflate.
Do not leave unit unattended while inflating.
1. Car and bicycle Tires:
a. Close Regulator.
b. Thread Tire Inflator onto 1/4" Plug.
c. Remove tire’s valve cap.
d. Push Inflator firmly over tire’s valve stem.
e. Set Regulator to tire’s rated pressure.
f. Close Regulator immediately after
rated pressure is achieved.
g. Remove Inflator.
h. When finished, turn off Compressor.
2. Sports Balls:
a. Close Regulator.
b. Thread 1/8″ Adaptor onto 1/4″ Plug.
c. Thread Ball Needle into 1/8" Adaptor.
d. Insert Ball Needle into ball.
e. Set Regulator to ball’s rated pressure.
f. Close Regulator immediately after
rated pressure is achieved.
g. Remove Ball Needle.
h. When finished, turn off Compressor.
3. Small Inflatables:
a. Close Regulator.
b. Thread 1/8″ Adaptor onto 1/4″ Plug.
c. Thread Tapered Inflator into 1/8″ Adaptor.
d. Insert Tapered Inflator into inflatable.
e. Set Regulator to 10 PSI.
f. Close Regulator when item is properly inflated.
g. Remove Tapered Inflator.
h. When finished, turn Power Switch OFF.
4. Drain Tank according to Draining Moisture
from Air Tank on page 11.
5. Remove Battery Pack(s).
6. Clean, then store Air Compressor indoors
out of children’s reach.
