Temperature selector knob: select the desired
temperature between 50°C and 230°C.
Selector knob:
OVEN LIGHT
The oven light remains on whilst the oven is in use.
FAN ASSISTED LOWER ELEMENT MODE
This provides semi-convection heating with lower
element for delicate dishes.
CONVECTION MODE
This provides traditional cooking with heat from
the top and bottom elements.
FAN ASSISTED CONVECTION MODE
This provides convection heating with upper and
lower elements for even cooking.
