3.3 Rotation Speed Adjustment:
Once the laser is set-up in either horizontal or vertical leveling mode,
pressing the rotation speed button will cycle through the preset rotation
speeds (0, 60, 120, 300, 600, 0 rpm). Slowing the rotation speed increas-
es the visibility of the beam for interior applications.
Note: for greatest accuracy when using a receiver, always use the laser
in the fastest rotation speed available.
3.4 Scan Mode:
Once the laser is set-up in either horizontal or vertical leveling mode,
pressing the beam scan button will put the beam into scan mode and
cycle through the preset scan angles (0°, 10°, 45°, 90°, 180°, 0°). Using
a lower speed beam in scan mode increases the visibility of the beam for
interior applications and also keeps your beam from interfering with other
workers on-site when you do not require a full 360° rotating beam
Note: in scan mode the beam will not be picked up properly by a receiver.
