Measurement in voltage mode (Clamp Meter CHB 15 only):
plug the black test lead into the “COM“ socket and the red lead
into the “+“ socket.
Connect the probes to the UUT and read the display.
If the display is not visible during measurement, press the “HOLD“
button (3) to retain the display. The clamp can then be removed
from the conductor and the stored value read.
4.5 Resistance measurements
(Clamp meter CHB 15 only)
WARNING !
Disconnect the UUT from all sources of supply and check that it is
at zero voltage !
1. Turn selector switch (2) to “V“.
2. Plug the black test lead into the “COM“ socket and the read into
the “+“ socket.
3. Connect the probes to the UUT and read the display.
If the display is not visible during measurement, press the “HOLD“
button (3) to retain the di
splay. The probes can then be removed
from the conductor and the stored value read.
4.6 Continuity tests
(Clamp Meter CHB 15 only)
WARNING !
Disconnect the UUT from all sources of supply and check that it is

2. Plug the black test lead into the “COM“ socket and the red lead
into the “+“ socket.
3. Connect the probes to the UUT.
A “beep“ sounds if the resistance is less than 40 V.
