OVERVIEW
This ‘Getting Started Guide’ will
help you set up your CMDTOUCH
TC64 and brie y introduce its
capabilities. TheCMDTOUCHTC64 is a pad
controller that allows clip launching as well
as triggering other MIDI events. Each pad
transmits a prede ned MIDI note message
(see MIDI Map on page15.)
SOFTWARE SET-UP
CMD TOUCH TC64 is a Class
Compliant MIDI device, so no
driver installation isrequired.
HARDWARE SET-UP
Connect your CMD TOUCH TC64
directly to an available USB port
on your Mac* or PC using the
supplied USB cable. It is also possible to
connect to an Apple* iPad* or other iOS
device via either the Apple Lightning* to USB
Camera Adapter, or the Apple iPad Camera
Connection Kit USB adapter for older
30-pin devices.
Novation Launchpad
SEmulation
The CMD TOUCH TC64 also
features a Launchpad S
emulation mode. To switch between
operating modes, press and hold the two
MODE buttons in the top left corner at the
same time, when connecting the USB cable.
The MODE buttons will  ash red twice to
show the mode is changing to Launchpad S
emulation mode. They will  ash green twice
to indicate changing to CMDTOUCH TC64
mode. The mode will be remembered
through a power cycle.
To increase the brightness, press
and hold the “MIXER, USER 1,
andUSER 2” buttons at the same
time. To return to normal
brightness, press and hold the “MIXER,
USER2, and SESSION” buttons.

características. El CMD TOUCH TC64 es un
parche controlador que le permite la

CONFIGURACIÓN DEL
HARDWARE
Conecte directamente su
CMDTOUCHTC64 a un puerto
USB libre de su ordenador Mac o PC por
medio del cable USB incluido. También
puede conectar esta unidad a un Apple iPad
u otro dispositivo iOS por medio de un cable
adaptador Apple Lightning to USB Camera o
del adaptador Apple iPad Camera
Connection Kit USB en el caso de antiguos
dispositivos con clavijas de 30puntas.
Simulación Novation
Launchpad S
El CMD TOUCH TC64 también
dispone de un modo de
simulación Launchpad S. Para cambiar
entre los dos modos operativos, mantenga
pulsados los dos botones MODE de la
esquina superior izquierda mientras
conecta el cable USB. Estos botones MODE
parpadearán dos veces en color rojo para
indicarle que el modo está cambiando al de
simulación Launchpad S. Cuando cambie al
modo CMDTOUCH TC64 estos botones
parpadearán en verde dos veces. El modo
activo quedará memorizado cuando
apague la unidad.
Para aumentar el brillo,
mantenga pulsados los botones
“MIXER, USER1 y USER2”.
Paravolver al nivel de brillo
normal, mantenga pulsados los botones
“MIXER, USER2, y SESSION”.
