Why doesn't my Beko Washer rinse well?
    • E
      Erik SmallAug 25, 2025
If your Beko Washer doesn't rinse well, the amount, brand, and storage conditions of the detergent used may be inappropriate, so use a detergent appropriate for the washing machine and your laundry, and keep detergents closed in an environment free of humidity. Check if detergent was put in the wrong compartment, so add the detergent and the softener to the right compartment. The pump filter may be clogged, so check the filter. Also, the drain hose may be folded, so check the drain hose.

    • W
      William HernandezSep 15, 2025

Why is there too much foam inside my Beko WTV 8744 XD Washer?
    • G
      Gabriel HamiltonSep 5, 2025
Too much foam may form inside the product if improper detergents for the washing machine are used, so use detergents appropriate for the washing machine. An excessive amount of detergent may be used, so use only a sufficient amount. Check if the detergent was stored under improper conditions, so store detergent in a closed and dry location. Some meshed laundry such as tulle may foam too much because of their texture, so use smaller amounts of detergent for this type of item. Ensure the detergent was put in the correct compartment.

Why does washing take longer than specified in the Beko Washer user manual?
    • B
      brian61Sep 2, 2025
The washing time may be longer than specified in the user manual for a few reasons. The water pressure may be low, and the product waits until taking in adequate amount of water to prevent poor washing quality. The voltage may be low, and washing time is prolonged to avoid poor washing results. The input temperature of water may be low, and the required time to heat up the water extends in cold seasons. The number of rinses and/or amount of rinse water have increased, because the product increases the amount of rinse water when good rinsing is needed. Excessive foam may have occurred and the automatic foam absorption system has been activated due to too much detergent usage, so use the recommended amount of detergent.
