Max. overflow level has been reached.
While wash pump is operating and the overflow level of 2.1V by the level sensor (P 1) is
exceeded for a period of min. 5 seconds, control system will break off current process. (See
chapter 7 Wash Chamber Level).
If during water step without active wash pump, the static overflow level of 2.3V of level sen-
sor (P1) is exceeded for a period greater than 5 seconds, control system will cut off current
process under error indication, (see chapter 7 Wash chamber Level).

The liquid level does not detect any level change during drain cycle of wash cham-
ber.
If during drainage by means of drain pump K31 the liquid level does not change during a
predetermined period td (3 Min.) down to level 0.7 V (empty level +0.2V), control system
cuts off current process under error indication.
Monitoring limit value: Only during drain cycle and until empty level is reached.
Cause: Clogged drain or defective water pump.
Relay for wash pump K 15 is stuck
If during drain pump phase (Y31 active) pump pressure switch S211 is closed, process is
interrupted under error indication.
Monitoring limit value: 5 seconds after start of drain cycle (5 seconds after Y31 has been
activated and is active).
Cause: Remedy:
Energize K31 (key 3)
Lead X19.2 to valve interrupted
Relay K31 does not respond Replace control unit
Drain valve defective Replace
Drain clogged (building side) Clean

If minimum level of 0.8 V during is undercut during wash phase for 15 seconds, control sys-
tem will interrupt current process under error indication.
