How to use the touch controls on the SOUNDFORM Rise
True Wireless Earbuds
All Day Comfort
Our True Wireless Earbuds come with
three sizes (S/M/L) of silicone ear tips,
providing all-day comfort and noise
isolation with its sealed in-ear fit.

Initial pairing
Step 1: Open the charging case of your earbuds, and the earbud’s
white light will begin to blink. The blue light will show once the
earbuds are ready to pair.
Step 2: On your mobile device, turn ON the Bluetooth to begin
searching for nearby devices.
NOTE: The steps in enabling your Bluetooth may vary depending
on your device’s operating system.
Step 3: When your earbuds are detected, it will show as
SOUNDFORM Rise as a device to pair.
Tap on the name to complete the pairing.
Manual pairing
Remove the earbuds from the case. Then, press and hold the touch-
sensitive buttons on the earbuds for 3 seconds. The status light on
the earbuds will blink white and blue when they are ready to be paired.

Usage Features

Initial Pairing:

Getting started with the SOUNDFORM™ Rise earbuds is straightforward. To initiate pairing, simply open the charging case. The earbuds' white light will begin to blink, followed by a blue light, indicating they are ready to pair. On your mobile device, turn on Bluetooth and search for nearby devices. The earbuds will appear as "SOUNDFORM Rise" in the list of available devices. Tapping on this name will complete the pairing process. It's worth noting that the steps for enabling Bluetooth may vary depending on your device's operating system.

For situations where you need to manually initiate pairing, remove the earbuds from the case. Then, press and hold the touch-sensitive buttons on both earbuds for 3 seconds. The status light on the earbuds will blink white and blue, signaling that they are ready to be paired.

The earbuds come with three sizes of silicone ear tips (Small, Medium, and Large) to ensure a secure and comfortable fit for different ear shapes. Touch Controls:

The earbuds feature intuitive touch controls for managing various functions without needing to access your mobile device.

• Audio Playback:

  • Volume Up (+): Tap the right earbud once.
  • Volume Down (-): Tap the left earbud once.
  • Pause / Resume Playback: Tap either earbud two times.
  • Next Track: Tap the right earbud three times.
  • Previous Track: Tap the left earbud three times.

• Call Handling:

  • Accept / End Call: Tap either earbud two times.
  • Reject Call: Hold either earbud for 2 seconds.

• Virtual Assistants:

  • Activate Virtual Assistant: Hold either earbud for 2 seconds to activate your device's virtual assistant.

Charging the Case and Earbuds:

The charging case is designed for convenience and versatility.

• Case Charging: The SOUNDFORM™ Rise case can be charged wirelessly using any standard Qi wireless charging pad. Alternatively, it can be charged via the USB-C port located on the back of the case.
• Earbud Charging: The earbuds themselves are charged by simply placing them back into the charging case. They can draw power directly from the case's internal battery or charge simultaneously while the case itself is being charged.

Maintenance Features

Resetting the Earbuds:

If you encounter any issues or wish to clear previous pairings, you can reset the SOUNDFORM™ Rise True Wireless Earbuds.

1. Place both earbuds back into the charging case.
2. With the earbuds in the case, press and hold the touch-sensitive buttons on both earbuds simultaneously.
3. Continue holding for 6 seconds until the indicator lights on the earbuds flash, signaling that the reset is complete.
