True Wireless Earbuds

Initial pairing

From the factory, your earbuds come in pairing mode. If you just

purchased the earbuds, simply open the charging case and remove

the earbuds from it. The indicator lights on the earbuds will alternate

between blue and white..

Step 1: On your mobile device, turn ON Bluetooth to begin

searching for nearby devices.

Step 2: When your earbuds are detected, it will show as

SOUNDFORM True Wireless Earbuds. Tap on the name to complete

pairing. Your earbuds will make a confirmation sound once paired.

It will also show on your phone or tablet as a paired device.

Set your earbuds to pairing mode

Step 1: Ensure your earbuds are turned OFF. To do this, press on both

earbuds and hold for 6 seconds and then release.

Step 2: Verify that your earbuds are turned OFF, then press and hold

on both earbuds for 10 seconds. This will turn your earbuds back ON

and place them into pairing mode. You can now proceed with pairing

your earbuds.

How to unpair your earbuds

Your earbuds should be turned OFF. To do

this, you can do either of the two options:

a. Press on both earbuds for 6 seconds.

b. Return the earbuds to the charging case

and close the lid.

To unpair them, follow the instructions below:

For Android™

Step 1: Go to Settings.

Step 2: Tap on Connections > Bluetooth.

Step 3: Under Paired devices, select the

paired earbuds then tap Unpair.

For iOS

Step 1: Go to Settings.

Step 2: Tap on Bluetooth.

Step 3: Under MY DEVICES, tap the info

icon on the paired earbuds and then tap

on Forget This Device.

Function Description

The primary function of the Belkin SOUNDFORM True Wireless Earbuds is to deliver high-quality audio wirelessly from a Bluetooth-enabled device. They are designed for both casual listening and active use, providing a secure and comfortable fit. The earbuds facilitate hands-free communication through integrated microphones, allowing users to accept, end, or reject calls with simple touch controls. Additionally, they support interaction with virtual assistants, enhancing convenience for tasks like setting reminders, getting directions, or controlling smart home devices. The accompanying charging case not only protects the earbuds but also extends their battery life, ensuring they are ready for use whenever needed.

Usage Features

Initial Pairing:

Upon first use, the earbuds come pre-set in pairing mode. To initiate pairing, simply open the charging case and remove the earbuds. The indicator lights on the earbuds will alternate between blue and white, signaling they are ready to connect.

Enable Bluetooth: On your mobile device, turn on Bluetooth to search for nearby devices.
Select Earbuds: Locate "SOUNDFORM True Wireless Earbuds" in the list of available devices and tap to connect.
Confirmation: A confirmation sound will play once pairing is successful, and the earbuds will appear as a paired device on your phone or tablet.

Setting Earbuds to Pairing Mode (Manual):

If the earbuds are not initially in pairing mode or need to be re-paired:

Turn Off: Press and hold both earbuds for 6 seconds to turn them off.
Enter Pairing Mode: Verify they are off, then press and hold both earbuds for 10 seconds. This action will turn them back on and place them into pairing mode, indicated by the alternating blue and white lights. You can then proceed with pairing as described above.

Touch Controls (Belkin AUC002 Model):

The earbuds feature intuitive touch controls for various functions:

Audio Playback:
- Volume Up (+): Tap the right earbud once.
- Volume Down (-): Tap the left earbud once.
- Pause / Resume Playback: Tap either earbud two times.
- Next Track: Tap the right earbud three times.
- Previous Track: Tap the left earbud three times.
Call Handling:
- Accept / End Call: Tap either earbud two times.
- Reject Call: Hold either earbud for 2 seconds.
Virtual Assistants:
- Activate Virtual Assistant: Hold either earbud for 2 seconds.

Maintenance Features

Charging the Case and Earbuds:

Case Charging: Connect the micro-USB end of the provided cable to the back of the charging case (below the lid hinge) and the USB end to a power adapter or a computer's USB port. The LED indicators on the case will show the charging status:
- One light: <25%
- Two lights: 50%
- Three lights: 75%
- Four lights: 100%
Earbud Charging: To charge the earbuds, simply open the case, place each earbud into its designated slot, and close the lid. If the case has sufficient battery, it does not need to be plugged in. Connecting the case to a power outlet while charging the earbuds will not increase the charging speed of the earbuds.

Unpairing Earbuds:

If you need to unpair your earbuds from a device:

Turn Off Earbuds:
- Option A: Press and hold both earbuds for 6 seconds.
- Option B: Return the earbuds to the charging case and close the lid.
Unpair from Device:
- For Android™:
  1. Go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth.
  2. Under "Paired devices," select the paired earbuds and tap "Unpair."
- For iOS:
  1. Go to Settings > Bluetooth.
  2. Under "MY DEVICES," tap the info icon next to the paired earbuds and then tap "Forget This Device."

Resetting Earbuds to Factory Settings:

If you encounter issues, such as only one earbud pairing, a factory reset can resolve the problem.

Unpair from Device: On your phone or tablet, unpair the earbuds as described above.
Turn Off Earbuds: Press and hold both earbuds simultaneously for 6 seconds to turn them off.
Perform Reset: Press and hold both earbuds for 10 seconds. Release when the indicator lights turn off. This action resets the device.
Return to Case: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid.
Remove from Case: Open the case and take out the earbuds. Allow 4 to 5 seconds for the left and right earbuds to connect to each other.
Re-pair: On your mobile device, turn on Bluetooth to search for nearby devices and begin pairing. Select the earbuds from the list of Bluetooth devices. Wait for about 2 to 3 seconds for both earbud indicator lights to flash blue and then turn off, indicating successful re-pairing.
